Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Roofing4 account or use our guest portal to submit a return request with your order number and reason for return.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely package the unused roofing materials in their original manufacturer packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned materials, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
